Located in the heart of France’s largest food-producing region, Terrena Meunerie supplies quality flours to biscuit, cracker, brioche and ready-made food manufacturers, employing an A-to-Z approach to food safety.

As part of Terrena, the second largest French farming cooperative, Terrena Meunerie ensures you full traceability of its products. It controls every stage of production, from the farming plot to the processing of its exclusively French wheat produced by its own member farmers and ground by its eight mills.

Our efficient and versatile mills with their high grinding capacity ensure a safe and regular supply to some of the largest food manufacturing plants.

This sector-wide approach is, for all food manufacturers, a considerable advantage given the stringent regulatory requirements they face, and a strong argument in light of the ever higher expectations of consumers in terms of product origin, traceability and environmental protection.

  • A 100% local industry – our wheat is processed in our own mills, located close to the farms that grows it. This short supply chain ensures even better traceability.
  • Naturally hardy and more resistant wheat, thanks to the selection of seven varieties suited to our region’s soils and climate, thus reducing the number of pesticide applications.
  • Wheat stored without insecticides – thoroughly ventilated silos offer us naturally dry storage without any insecticide.

Our mill in Moisdon-La-Rivière specialises in premium organic flours with the Melbio brand which is naturally incorporated into the development of all our organic product ranges.
