Our Loire Valley mill devoted exclusively to industry
Built just after the war in 1945, this family-run mill has passed from father to son in the Roussel family.
The mill has seen four phases of transformation over the years, to become the powerful and up-to-the-minute mill that we know today.
Every day, nearly 110 tonnes of flour come out of the Teillé mill. This automated, precision mill produces flours for the biscuit industry for leading operators like Lu and Pasquier.
