The Breton mill producing exclusively for craft bakers
Located in the Côtes-d’Armor region of Brittany, Moulin de Jugon-les-lacs is very much a family-run mill, since it has seen three generations of millers from the same family in recent years.
Formerly named the Moulin des Lacs due to its location, this mill is still a modest-sized operation. The Breton culture is protected and preserved here.
This mill with its strong regional roots produces breadmaking flours for craft bakers, as well as for local biscuit makers and producers of crêpes, sponge cakes and other delicious breakfast and snack items.
