Andrezé Mill

The ‘New Agriculture’ mill in the heart of the region of Anjou

andreze

A powerful and innovative mill

This mill was built in 2007 through a joint initiative involving Terrena cooperative farmers and two milling families, the Sauvestre family and the Drouet family.

DELIVERING QUALITY EFFICIENTLY

Unlike the group’s other mills, Andrezé mill is very new. It is equipped with an automated mixing station, featuring micro-dispensers, and is capable of producing complex, custom-made flours for a full range of needs:

  • Food manufacturers: Most of the flour produced is destined for the LU biscuit factory in Nantes or local brioche producers.
  • Craft bakers: Specially adapted flours are made to supply bakers locally.
  • International market: Production of flours for French-speaking Africa, for example.
